Employment Interviews

Seasonal positions are posted on our website by October for the ski season and the end of April for the summer season. Our winter season starts in early to mid December and our summer season starts late June. All interested candidates are encouraged to send a resume, along with a cover letter, stating what position they are most interested in. See the How to Apply section for more details. Resumes are then forwarded to the respective departments for review.

Interviewing usually starts for most departments by mid October to mid November for the winter season and Mid May for the summer season. Personal appearance – you never get a second chance to make a great first impression. Our guests are coming to Kicking Horse Mountain Resort expecting a “Supernatural British Columbia” experience. We expect our employees to project an image that is clean cut, healthy and natural. Please come to your interviews with our guests and KHMR management expectations for appearance in mind.

The following positions are considered entry level: Lifts Operators, Janitorial, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Rental & Repair, Daycare, Ticket Checking and Parking departments. If you are looking for a career in Resort Management we encourage you to apply for these positions. We believe in developing our employee’s skills and promoting from within whenever possible.
