Found in the main area of the Day Lodge, the friendly staff in Guest Services help to recover lost and found, sell you lift tickets and season passes, can help direct you around the mountain and make your Eagle's Eye reservations. They even have a suggestion box for guest comments!

 Pre-Purchased Pass Pick-Up Details

During our off season which starts September 27, 2010. We recommend calling 1-866-SKI-KICK to ensure that one of our agents will be here to help you. Just passing through the British Columbia Visitors Centre in Golden will be able to print pre purchased passes starting October 9, 2010.
