Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is the new exciting four season resort offering unlimited winter and summer adventure in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. It all started with a vision of an all-season playground at the best imaginable location offering visitors breathtaking views and a great outdoor experience. This location was found approximately 13 km from and 1,700 feet above Golden, with close proximity to the Trans-Canada #1 Hwy (East-West) and Hwy 95 (North-South) for easy access. Since its opening in December 2000, a village has been taking shape with over 270 dwelling units being developed in the resort together with a selection of restaurants, retail shops and galleries to entertain, enlighten and exhilarate.
