The Stables - 1611 Purcell Woods

This 2 bedroom + loft property is a classic ski cabin. Nestled in the quiet Purcell Woods loop, this timberframe home provides great ski access with the quiet comforts of a single family home. The open concept great room features exposed timbers, ceiling to floor windows and a river-rock gas fireplace. There is a foosball table for evening entertainment, a 1/2 bath, laundry and access to the double garage with a ski/board tuning bench. The open concept layout provides a social environment for everyone in the kitchen, dining & living rooms. Outside a private hot tub, wood burning fireplace and cedar deck set provide a great place to relax in warm apres-ski ambience

Rocking Horse Retreat - 1615 Purcell Woods

A distinctive 3 bedroom chalet nestled in a quiet forest below the Pioneer Chairlift, built in the summer of 2003. The great room features heavy exposed timbers, ceiling to floor windows and a stone built wood burning fireplace and a beautiful wood staircase..

The property has 2 bedrooms in the upper floor, one containing a queen bed and the other containing a double/twin bunk bed. There is also a futon available in the common room upstairs. On the main floor, there is a queen bed with a twin trundle bed, and in the fully finished walk out basement there is a pull out couch. The home is equipped with a very private 6 person outdoor hot tub, all kitchen appliances, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and pool table for the use of guests.

Anhert Residence - 1606 Golden Ave.

The open main floor contains concept kitchen, dining and living rooms make for a social environment and the separate den provides another double bed with twin bunk above. There is also a 1/2 bath and access to the hot tub and back deck with BBQ off the kitchen.
The property has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one containing a queen bed and the other containing a double bed with twin bunk bed and a full bath with soaker tub and separate shower. There is also a small lofted area with foosball table overlooking the living room below.

The main floor of this property has two fireplaces (1 wood, 1 propane), which will help to keep you cozy and warm. The open concept gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, high-end appliances with stainless finishes, and located in the center island the stove is designed to impress. Floors are predominately maple with floor to ceiling picture windows offering great mountain views. Twenty-nine foot cedar logs extend from the main floor into the vaulted ceilings. This vacation home is beautifully built and exquisitely finished. With heated slate tile flooring and custom decorating, this home offers a European feel to your Canadian vacation.
This beautiful home features a wood burning stove on the main floor in the sitting area, located near the kitchen and dining table. The large deck on the front of the house also offers an outdoor sitting area with a wood burning fireplace. This 3 bedroom chalet is tucked in the Purcell Woods neighbourhood just below the Pioneer Chairlift.
