Bed room #2 has queen size bed. And Bedroom#3 in lower level also has queen size bed. Main floor features woodburning fireplace, stainless Steel appliances in Kitchen and dinning room seating for 10. Chalet also comes with laundry facilities and outdoor hot tub. This chalet is 10 minute walk to ski runs and adjacent to cross country ski trails. Beautiful quiet setting. Rocking Horse Retreat - 1615 Purcell Woods

A distinctive 3 bedroom chalet nestled in a quiet forest below the Pioneer Chairlift. The great room features heavy exposed timbers, ceiling to floor windows and a stone built wood burning fireplace and a beautiful wood staircase.

The property has 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one containing a queen bed and the other containing a double/twin bunk bed. There is also a futon available in the common room upstairs. On the main floor, there is a queen bed with a twin trundle bed, and in the fully finished walk out basement there is a pull out couch. The home is equipped with a very private 6 person outdoor hot tub, all kitchen appliances, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system and pool table for the use of guests.

Anhert Residence - 1606 Golden Ave.

An extraordinary mountain home lavishly finished throughout, from the imposing entrance to the designer kitchen. Located in a peaceful wooded setting and alongside a rambling creek, this 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath chalet offers an open kitchen, dining room and great room floor plan making it the perfect escape for families. The great room features a high vaulted ceiling, exposed timbers and rock wood burning fireplace. A warm interior design based on mountain elegance and ambiance helps you unwind after a day on the slopes. The house occupies a prime position at the far end of the Cache Estates cul de sac. Burgess House - 1627 Purcell Woods 

This custom 3 bedroom + 2 den timberframe chalet sits at the top of the Purcell Woods Close loop. The sunken living room features heavy exposed timbers, ceiling to floor windows and a wood burning insert fireplace and hi-if media area with play station 2. The main floor is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, making for a great social environment and the separate den provides another double bed with twin bunk above. There is also a 1/2 bath and access to the hot tub and back deck with BBQ off the kitchen.

Provencal House - 1620 Purcell Woods 

Situated in a forested mountainside setting, this timber frame chalet is a luxuriously comfortable retreat nestled in a natural and picturesque setting. Located in the Purcell Woods Close loop, this home is just a short walk to the Gondola and Village Plaza. This private ski chalet is exquisitely finished, ideal for groups of friends or families.

The main floor of this property has two fireplaces (1 wood, 1 propane), which will help to keep you cozy and warm. The open concept gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, high-end appliances with stainless finishes, and located in the center island the stove is designed to impress. Floors are predominately maple with floor to ceiling picture windows offering great mountain views. Twenty-nine foot cedar logs extend from the main floor into the vaulted ceilings. A home theater system in the living room offers great entertainment. The main floor bedrooms are near the back along with a full bathroom and laundry room. Out back, the private hot tub awaits.
