The Sugar Moon is a celebration of the French Canadian tradition of tapping the syrup of the maple tree.  This tradition begins in March and is a symbol of the turning of the seasons.  This year, celebrate the Sugar Moon and beginning of spring with the Eagle’s Eye team and Hester Creek Vineyards as they prepare tantalizing dinner in traditional French Canadian fashion.  Located on the Golden Mile Bench in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley, Hester Creek’s renowned wines will paired with dinner to please the palate and celebrate the season.
